1. New Zealand lawyer holding a practicing certificate from the New Zealand Law Society: Full Licensed Education Counsellor license.
2. IAA-registered full LIA license holder: Full Licensed Education Counsellor license.
3. IAA-registered provisional LIA license holder: Provisional Licensed Education Counsellor license.
4. OMARA-registered full Australia Migration Agent license holder: Full Licensed Education Counsellor license.
5. OMARA-registered provisional Australia Migration Agent license holder: Provisional Licensed Education Counsellor license.
